Congratulations, you’ve made it this far. I understand the challenges that many people face when finding the right therapist. There’s a lot of us out there. We have different personalities, training, approach and style in sessions.
If you’re wondering whether I’m right for you, let me tell you bit about my approach to therapy. I provide evidenced based treatment and have training in Exposure and Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the International OCD foundation. I take a very warm yet direct approach to therapy. Every session is intentional towards addressing your specific mental health symptoms while also allowing space for you to address any stressors in your life.
I believe in a short-term therapy approach - helping you to meet your goals, reducing your symptoms and feeling confident that you have learned life long skills that will help you thrive even after therapy.
